Orders ship on a rolling basis as new inventory arrives. Please refer to your order confirmation for your drop date (e.g., “Drops 14/8”). Orders are dispatched in the order they were placed.
As soon as your package is scanned, a tracking link will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
Sometimes the courier service delays scanning packages. Rest assured, if you received a shipment notification, it was handed over. Contact us if it remains unscanned for 48+ hours.
First, check the tracking number and confirm your delivery address. If it shows delivered and you didn’t receive it, email support@rastashop.co.za for help.
Pre-orders ship as soon as the listed strain drop lands in our warehouse. Strains and drop dates are shown on the product page and in your confirmation email.
